We may ask you to provide us with your proof of purchase when making a request for missing purchases.
The proof of purchase can be submitted in the following ways:
- You can send us a receipt of your payment.
- You can tell us which in-game product you paid for and the amount of jewels, or coin, or items that should have been delivered to you.
- Please provide the purchase information as much in detail as possible as we do not have access to your payment information at all.

Google Play Store
- You can usually find it on your Gmail (or another email app where you've logged into your Google account)
- If it's not in your inbox,
- Go to Google Pay.
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Click Activity and select an order that you want to get the receipt.
- Take a screenshot and then attach it when sending a request to us.
App Store (ios)
- You can find all your purchase history on App Store.
- Open the App Store app.
- Press the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select your name, you may need to use Touch ID, Face ID, or passcode to authenticate.
- Select the Purchase History.
- Look up the order you made that you want to see in the list.
- Take a screenshot and then attach it when sending a request to us.
Amazon App store
- Go to Amazon App store.
- Sign in with your Amazon account.
- Select Manage your contents and Devices and find the order.
- Take a screenshot and then attach it when sending a request to us.
Another way to give us the purchase information
- Let us know the approximate time when you made a purchase and the price
- Tell us how many jewels, or coins, or items that should have been credited to your game account
